As a former college student-athlete, Aida Osman utilizes her competitive spirit to execute seamless and successful real estate transactions. Osman graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a concentration in marketing, while also devoting time to learning about the real estate industry. As an undergraduate, Osman showcased her marketing and campaign management skills while working with collegiate athletes and later as a marketing strategist for a fitness boutique.

Upon graduating, Osman, A New York native, moved to South Florida to pursue her passion for business within the real estate industry. Focusing on retail investment sales, shopping centers, and single tenant net lease assets, including 1031 exchanges, Osman holds a competitive edge by having extensive knowledge in the South Florida markets, particularly market rents, vacancies, new construction, and off-market opportunities. She looks forward to providing exceptional service throughout the South Florida real estate market.
