ONE Commercial Real Estate was founded by Daniel de la Vega in 2015. Recognizing a void within the middle market space in the commercial real estate industry, Daniel envisioned a company capable of taking an institutional-level approach while still valuing a boutique familial culture in relating to both agents and clients. In 2021, ONE Commercial expanded from South Florida into Central Florida.

Daniel also serves as President of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. With over 1,300 agents across 28 offices, ONE Sotheby’s has generated annual sales in excess of $8.1 billion. A symbiotic relationship exists between residential and commercial real estate, and ONE Commercial has served as a preferred partner to ONE Sotheby’s prestigious clientele since its inception. Under Managing Broker, Tiara Saint, ONE Commercial manages these opportunities with extreme care to ensure impeccable, white-glove service and maintain an interconnected referral network.
