As commercial analyst, Gabe supports the team with market data & research across all segments of commercial real estate. His knowledge of the real estate market spans zoning feasibility, financial feasibility, development programming, multifamily affordable housing, and general market analysis and research.

He has had the fortune of familiarizing himself within the South Florida real estate industry for over 14 years. As a licensed broker his past experiences have included working alongside developers and investors on a variety of strategies including land banking, market rate multifamily construction, and affordable housing LIHTC programming.

Gabe received the Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism Degree from the University of Miami in 2016. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is a native of Miami. His passion for real estate combines with his passion for people. Working alongside agents, he is a value-add lending strength and support to the ONE Commercial team.
