Ryals

Jack L. Ryals has been active in the Melbourne business community since 1972. He received his BSBA and MBA degrees from the University of Florida.

He currently serves on the boards of the Melbourne Airport Authority, Economic Development Commission, and Melbourne Area Chamber of Commerce. Jack has been on the Melbourne Airport Authority board since 2004 as the Melbourne Area Chamber appointee member and currently is the chairman of the Authority, a position he has held since 2015. Mr. Ryals is a strong advocate for the region and the airport, providing valuable input and guidance on critical airport matters.

Mr. Ryals was most recently recognized with the Chamber’s highest honor: The Bill Ellis Legacy Award for outstanding community leadership. He is also honored to be a laureate in the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame. He offers his professional and personal support to the Space Coast Economic Development Commission as well as local educational boards.

He enjoys both residential and commercial real estate transactions and has received the CCIM designation and is a member of the invitation-only Commercial Investment Roundtable. He has been a multi-million-dollar producer over the past several years, involving both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Jack has been the top producer at National Realty for a ten years total, standing out amongst its 100 agents. He has closed on over $97 million in commercial and residential transactions.

A U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was awarded two Army Commendation Medals and the Bronze Star for outstanding service to his country.
