Originally from New York, Tiara Saint moved to Florida in 1996 after retiring from a professional dance career, drawn by the tropical weather and beautiful beaches. She initially settled in Central Florida before relocating to South Florida in 2000.

Before entering the real estate industry, Tiara was a founding member of a Miami Beach-based marketing agency specializing in HD video, 3D animation, and music production. As the Director of Operations and Project Manager, she provided all-in-one solutions for music entertainers, architects, patent engineers, and Fortune 500 companies.

Tiara transitioned into real estate in 2008, leveraging her business relationships to propel her new career. After obtaining her real estate license, she partnered with Michael Taylor, a 35-year commercial real estate veteran, and George Perez of Turnberry International Realty to establish Turnberry Commercial International Realty.

Starting as Director of Acquisitions and Sales, Tiara managed multi-tenant retail shopping centers, boutique and flagged hotels, and development sites. In 2013, she became the Principal Managing Broker of Record for Turnberry Commercial Realty, where she recruited, trained, and mentored a team of commercial brokers specializing in sales and leasing of multi-family assets, retail shopping centers, and warehousing, as well as tenant and buyer representation.

Tiara is passionate about sharing her knowledge to help others achieve their goals. She believes in living a balanced life filled with achievement and prosperity.
