Originally from New York, Tiara Saint moved to the sunshine state in 1996 after retiring from a professional dance career – attracted by the tropical weather and beautiful beaches. Initially, she settled in Central Florida to then move to South Florida in 2000.

Prior to Tiara’s involvement with the real estate industry she was one of the founding members of a Miami Beach-based marketing agency providing HD Video, 3D Animation and music production providing in-house, all-in-one solutions for music entertainers, architects, patent engineers and Fortune 500 companies. Tiara served as the Director of Operations & Project Manager.

It was through business relationships in Tiara’s own business that propelled her into the real estate arena in 2008. Soon after obtaining her real estate license she created a business partnership with Michael Taylor, a 35 year commercial real estate veteran and together and in partnership with George Perez at Turnberry International Realty started a new commercial division which became Turnberry Commercial International Realty.

She began her commercial real estate career as Director of Acquisitions and Sales handling multi-tenanted retail shopping centers, boutique & flagged hotels and development sites. In 2013, Tiara became the Principal Managing Broker of Record for Turnberry Commercial Realty- she recruited, trained & mentored a team of commercial brokers specializing in sales & leasing of multi-family assets, retail shopping centers, warehousing along with Tenant & Buyer representation.

Tiara Saint is passionate about sharing knowledge to help others to succeed in achieving their goals. She believes that everyone should have that one great life, balance, achievement and prosperity.
