Gulya Sanchez is an Investment Sales Advisor with ONE Commercial Real Estate who has over 13 years of real estate experience, specializing in commercial multi-family, shopping center and warehouse transactions. She has been living in South Florida since 2005, and began transacting as an agent in 2010 throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Gulya’s market knowledge and extensive network provide her with a unique advantage in a highly competitive market. Further complimenting her skill set is her notable work ethic and previous experience in property management, as well as fluency in English, Russian and Spanish.

In 2015, Gulya became a commercial broker, venturing into her own startup company in order to transact, flip and manage commercial properties. Later, in 2019, Gulya expanded her reach into the Southwest Florida market, focusing on multi-million dollar neighborhood shopping center opportunities in Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres. As a broker, Gulya closed over $40 million across more than a dozen transactions.

Throughout the years, Gulya has witnessed firsthand the rapid growth South Florida has experienced and is looking forward to the next era of development that the great state of Florida has in store. As an Investment Specialist, she exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout South Florida. Most recently, Gulya joined the ONE Commercial team under the leadership of Broker Tiara Saint, looking to combine her experience with One Sotheby’s International Realty’s recognized brand and ample resources, in order to accelerate growth for her team and her clients.
